POPSISTER FEBRUARY 2011 [[Some Scans!]]
I know I mentioned that POPSISTER has more Yui than usual this month, so I decided, ah, why not share a few pages of POPSISTER!
Inside is a total of 16 pages of February’s SISTER (the first couple of pages with Tsu-chan, Wei Son and Jun and the rest and some of my favourite fashion collages)
These pages are meant to give you a sampler of what’s in this issue, that’s why they’re so small – otherwise you’re going to have a hard time loading this page up too. :3
I had to take pictures of each page with my iPhone, I really should get a new camera! Haha, so anyway, hope you enjoyed these pages dear! And if you haven’t yet gotten yourself a copy of POPSISTER, do ring the Kino Japanese book counters up before heading down because as the sale comes to an end, a lot of people will be making a mad rush for magazines! 😀

not only coz of tsubasa, but i guess my style’s kinda evolved into something like that now.. of coz i’ll still buy popteen… *mutters to self*

i mean if tsubasa, jun and yui are inside it’s understandable. they are… well… “old” for that kind of gyaru style. maybe one-gyaru or shibuhara style kinda thing…
but wei son and eri?! no way! oh well.. hope whatever the company is doing, better work out. i don’t like messed up layout in my mags and mags with messy identities.

i can’t really tell coz i haven’t been buying them again.
been reading bits and pieces of scans from various blogs…
but it seems to change coz.. i think kumikki isn’t fornting the mag so much anymore?
as though popteen’s trying to push some other model into the frame.. think it’s mizukitty this time right? or was it okarie? coz both of them stepped in for limelight around the same time.
for a moment back then i thought hikarin might have been it..

And haha, I think there was outcry about Hikarin’s image… And I’m secretly happy that she’s not the cover model >_< -feels evil-
yeah i know.. that’s why i thought it was odd when she “disappeared” and “reappeared” in sister… hmm…. *frowns*

what’s the outcry about? i only know there was this half-jap model that had readers saying she was too young to be in the mag and she was wayyy too skinny.

I know right?! Well, the style of magazine overall took quite a drastic turn in terms of quality, I would think… And besides, all the great models are now gone and we’re left with just a few of the good ones like Kumiko and Mizukitty but other than that, that’s all we’ve got. Hugely disappointing, if you’d ask me!
And ah, yes, that model! I’ve totally forgot her name, to be honest – she was only 12, if I’m not wrong!
